3. Account Registration

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login information. mycard99 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party due to your own negligence.

4. Deposits and Payments

mycard99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.1 Minimum Deposit Limit

The minimum amount for each deposit transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen. No maximum limit is set, however transactions exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification from our compliance team.

For a higher deposit, for example RM800, the bonus received is RM500 (maximum limit), bringing the balance to RM1,300. The wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

6.2 VIP Programme

Active members are eligible to advance to VIP tiers based on their gaming activity. There are four tiers in the mycard99 VIP programme:

• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

6.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to their respective wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are fully met. mycard99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or misuse.

7. Game Rules

mycard99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Valid balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded, subject to the decision of the compliance team.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer service via live chat or email. The request will be processed once all active bets are settled and there are no outstanding disputes.
